Intro

Hello 👋
I’m Erin. Newbie here on Legion.
I’m here in hopes of gaining some friendship, learning more about Catholicism and growing in the faith.
I was raised Protestant and converted to Roman Catholic in 2024.
I’m a single mom to 5, a religious education student in a non-denominational evangelical university.
I have been bouncing back and forth between a Latin rite church and a Byzantine church, unable to decide which route to go. People have been really trying to make us feel welcome in the Byzantine church but all the kids are more comfortable at the Latin rite church. I am torn about this and not at ease with having to make this choice. Please pray for me.
I’m glad to be here and hope to get to know some people and more about Catholicism.

Welcome Erin, so glad you're here! Nice to get to know you. And welcome home in the Catholic Church! I also converted from Protestantism a few years ago. Also, it's beautiful you have the opportunity to attend both the Latin and the Byzantine rite!
