God calls us to rest in Him and have peace, but many of us don’t think that applies to fitness..
It does.
“You’re never overtraining, you’re under resting”
Maybe you’ve heard that before and thought it’s something people say when they take their workout seriously.
But in my coaching experience, rest controls your results if you’re consistent in your workouts and nutrition.
I know you have a solid workout routine, but do you schedule your rest?
Are you disciplined in getting enough sleep?
Do you take time to truly sit with Our Lord, or are you always on the go?
If so, try to be more of a Mary this weekend and less of a Martha.

At least you rest! That’s a good start! For me, it’s Sunday afternoons are blocked off for rest 😅
