Passion of Christ

What’s everyone’s thoughts on passion of Christ? I usually sit and watch it every Good Friday but didn’t manage to watch it this time!

yes! I ended up going to two masses on Good Friday each being about 2-3hrs each but it was worth it of course.

it was more painful to watch it this time as catholic compared when i was protestant

oh wow that’s interesting! How come if you don’t mind me asking?

Same! I wanted to, but didn't manage - I was in church for most of the time during Holy Week.

Yess, I was too!! We’ll have to find time to watch it again!

I think it took real dedication to film it from what I heard from Instagram. The actor of Christ had shoulder dislocation from the cross, hypothermia from when they filmed him on the cross, and some real flagellation wounds. Nevertheless I believe it's working miracles now for increasing faith.

Yes! I heard about that. I also heard the actor was struck by lightning too!All of it’s so chilling but the films so moving I love it.
