Suggestions for a Vlog
Hi! I'm thinking in starting a Vlog on YouTube to help me show a bit my work and help me launch my new fashion brand I'm working on... Also showing part of my life in a simple way in order to make people see how natural Catholicism is lived in a day to day life and that's not impossible to integrate it into fashion... That being said, I have no idea what equipment do I need and I need to start with the basic stuff as saving money for the launch. Would love some advice on... I don't know, what camera or if I need more than 1, a tripod? Lighting? Where to locate? How to edit simply, etc everything! 😅 Thank you ❤️

Oh I could give lots of advice on this. If you are using an iPhone, you definitely don’t need a camera. A tripod yes likely. Lighting- the best lighting is always natural window light.
The Instagram edits app is quite good for editing simple videos.
The most important thing however is not being discouraged if nobody watches- the algorithms these days are terrible and usually only push out unmeaningful content, so it’s completely normal to feel discouraged, and that’s why it’s important to remember why you’re doing it, and to enjoy the process as well as the few quality connections and online you will make on your journey.

Correction- if nobody watches at first. If you are patient and keep putting out good content and observing what works, eventually of course you will build an audience- it just takes time!
