Consistency > Perfection

Last week and this week I have been at a construction site for my work with the Air Force.

I don’t have a gym

I don’t have a break to go to the gym

I’m outside for 10+ hour days… I won’t be going to the gym after

So here’s how I’m staying consistent:
- I found heavy objects to lift a few times a day
- I do bodyweight exercises once every couple hours
- I brought bands for some light resistance training
- I prepared meals I can eat at the site that stay within my plan.

Is this perfect for my goal?
No

Is it better than nothing?
100%

Staying getting results that last isn’t about perfect workouts or diets, it’s about good information applied consistently over time.

If you struggle with consistency, I can help. Shoot me a DM and I’ll personally help you become more consistent I. Your prayer and fitness than you are now.

Absolutely true. I fall in the trap of looking for perfection way too often and I end up having wrong priorities or not even doing any workouts at all. God really needs to give me some humility in this 😅

This is a huge part of humility nobody talks about. Most people’s workouts are all about ego and it shows when they can’t miss or change one.

Keep asking for humility and maybe look at hiring a coach 😂

This is crazy man. I didn’t know you didn’t have a gym. Really impressive. People should def learn from you.

Thank you! I appreciate the encouragement brother. When I say someone can stick with my plans anywhere, I truly mean anywhere 💪🏼
