Morning routine suggestions?
I'm trying to lock in a solid morning routine that actually sticks. Right now I'm doing some basic skincare and cold showers but I feel like I'm missing something. What does everyone's morning look like? Specifically looking for stuff that doesn't require crazy equipment or take forever but actually moves the needle. Also curious if anyone here combines this with prayer or spiritual practice in the morning. I've been doing the Rosary after my workout and it's been pretty grounding, just wondering what others are doing.
