On People who Plays the Victim

I am currently have a classmate who plays the victim. Whenever I offered help to that person, he says, "I'll do it by myself" and next thing I knew, he flips the situation and tell everyone that I didn't helped him. What should I do to deal with these people? Do pray for me also

That's very hard indeed, praying! I don't know if there's much you can do. You can try to have a conversation with him about it later when he's in a calmer state - maybe he somehow doesn't realise what he's doing and it's just a misunderstanding.

If that doesn't work, it sounds like he's having some mental problems, and he might need help for that. But that's probably not something you can (and should) do, it'd be better for him to talk to a professional about it.

Keep praying for him and if you're in a situation like this where he accuses you falsely, offer it up, and if it's fitting you can tell certain people in a private setting how it really went (for example a teacher if this has consequences for your schoolwork).

Protect yourself as well my friend. The best thing you can do for someone who doesn’t want to help themselves is to pray for them.

Definitely will be lifting you in prayer. I would maintain a healthy distance with people like this. Keep them in prayer. Offer your help to those who need it.
