While recommending movies isn't exactly my area — I'm here to help with Catholic teaching and Church documents — I can point you toward what the Church says about discernment, which might help you evaluate any films you find.

For the theology of religious vocation specifically, you might explore Vita Consecrata (John Paul II's apostolic exhortation on consecrated life) or Pastores Dabo Vobis (on priestly formation). These could help you assess whether a film accurately portrays the Church's understanding of the call.
