LOVE THIS LEGION.

Thought it might be a good idea to share our top travel spots!

Having lived in Cape Town, South Africa, and Paris, France, those two places are dear to my heart.

But aside from that, there are several places that I truly love.

**1. Assisi, Italy**
I’d say this is one of the most peaceful places on earth. St. Carlo’s Body is there too!

**2. Krakow, Poland**
Imagine landing in an airport called POPE JOHN PAUL II AIRPORT, and have his face plastered all over the entire city! Super Catholic.

**3. Yerevan, Armenia**
A trip to Georgia gone wrong, my buddy and I ended up in Armenia, where we visited the oldest purpose built cathedral in the world, and Mount Ararat, the alleged resting place of Noah’s Ark. beautiful city with a uniformed pink sandstone motif.

**4. Amalty, Kazakhstan**
Just an overall fascinating experience in a relatively unknown part of the world. Beautiful orthodox churches, and very traditional Catholic practices like standardised communion on the tongue. Beautiful nature!

Special mention:
**Bali, Indonesia**
A place full of degeneracy and sin that I have little intention of returning to, but it was memorable because there was a Balinese style Catholic Church where all the angels and saints were designed in the local style, and the entire place almost looked like a pagan temple, but it was SO CATHOLIC. Loved that aspect of inculturation.

Ooh...the photos are stunning! I'm really excited to visit Assisi for the first time next month!! I've gone to Lourdes and it seems kinda similar because it was just so peaceful when we went.

Krakow sounds so cool! I'll have to add that to my list. Seeing the photo for Bali was crazy though. You weren't kidding that it looked like a pagan style. Very fascinating!

There are so many places I've seen! A lot are on my IG, but it’s hard to narrow down! Some of the places that are dear to my heart so are:
-Lourdes, France (I loved the spiritual atmosphere, and | now have a special devotion to her because of a little miracle. 🥹)
-Zaragoza, Spain (Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar and the main cathedral of Zaragoza)
-Quebec (Basilica & Sanctuary of Our Lady of Cape)
-Tomar, Portugal (templar knight castle and convent)
-Pena, Portugal (Palácio Nacional de Pena; a huge palace with breathtaking views that has a Moorish design, but there were hints of Catholicism along with a chapel there)
