Your Fitness and Faith are United
Your body and your spirit aren’t divorced from each other, so your Catholic faith and your fitness shouldn’t be either. CCC 364: Explains that the human body shares in the dignity of the “image of God” because it is animated by a spiritual soul. It explicitly states: “Man, though made of body and soul, is a unity.” If it’s in the catechism, it’s good enough for me. Unite your fitness and your faith today.

Looking good
Looking good your body, nails, lashes, makeup—does not make you ungodly or sinful. The Bible teaches moderation and self-control (Philippians 4:5). God is more concerned about your inner character than outward beauty (1 Peter 3:3-4), but it never says you shouldn’t take care of yourself. Even Esther prepared herself well (Esther 2:12). As women, it is okay to look good and present yourself well just do it with modesty, balance, and the right heart.
