Your Fitness and Faith are United

Your body and your spirit aren’t divorced from each other, so your Catholic faith and your fitness shouldn’t be either.

CCC 364: Explains that the human body shares in the dignity of the “image of God” because it is animated by a spiritual soul. It explicitly states: “Man, though made of body and soul, is a unity.”
